The reason to be one of the most iconic and big brands in the world with 150+ products in 10+ different originated industries in more than 100 countries.

Tata Group

It’s technically impossible for a set of board members & a single chairperson to handle more than 100 ventures in 60 countries and their functionalities as well as a revenue stream. Something is missing here, this company Is different they still survived from that big confusion of a lot of ventures and different flows of revenue streams. Not just they survived they were even top in almost all that industries. Why?

Let me tell you a small comparison that might convince the formula for the solution. Imagine there are two kinds of businessmen, the first type who himself or his team is an expert in an art form or knowledge in an industry and they form an organization with like-minded people and they might even earn some money through it but I am pretty much sure that the boss knows everything about that particular industry.

The second type, rather than knowing more about product they sell they know more about to whom they are selling to i.e., customers of that particular product, and how long they been buying and how efficient is that personality to buy it regularly, second type people analyze it and they derive business from demand and apply it to their audience and they make profits. These second types are not the one who knows more about the industry but they know more about the opportunity, more about their audience, more about their employees and more about demand. This makes them choose the perfect team to manage the problems and solve the demand and create a new company & mostly a profitable and trustworthy brand.

I believe that because of this formula Tata’s are into many industries and they still survive.

In the next part, we will cover the remaining top industries they are top ay and products you might not know are from Tata parent brand & how Tata took revenge onBritish’s& finally why a brand of trust became a controversial brand of 2016.
